Refund Policy

1. General Refund Philosophy

At DS Labs, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality. We work hard to ensure every client is satisfied with their project. However, due to the nature of custom digital services, our refund policy is structured as follows.

2. Website Development — Subscription Plans

No refunds are provided for subscription payments due to the minimum 24-month commitment agreed upon at the time of sign-up. This includes:

• Starter Plan (₹699/month)
• Business Plan (₹1299/month)
• Premium Plan (₹1499/month)
• Yearly subscription equivalents

If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. We offer unlimited revisions on the Premium plan and defined revisions on other plans as a means to ensure satisfaction.

3. One-Time Project Payments

For one-time custom development projects:

• Before work begins: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment.
• After work begins (up to 25% completion): 50% refund of the paid amount.
• After 25% completion: No refund. Work completed is billable.

4. Hosting Plans

• Hosting fees are non-refundable once the hosting environment has been provisioned.
• You may cancel hosting at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial-month refunds are provided for hosting.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry. This is in line with standard industry policy as domain registration costs are immediately incurred.

6. Add-On Services

• Logo design, content writing and other one-time add-ons are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If no work has begun, a full refund can be requested within 24 hours of payment.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at DS Labs' sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed project due to reasons on our end.
• A technical error results in a duplicate payment.
• Service was never provisioned despite payment.

8. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at info@dslabs.site with:

• Your name and contact details
• Invoice or order number
• Reason for refund request

We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
