Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Business or Business to Premium at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remaining contract period.

No. There are no hidden setup fees. The prices listed are all-inclusive for the features mentioned in each plan.

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI payments and Razorpay (cards, net banking, wallets). Payment plans can be discussed for larger projects.

We use AWS EC2 instances running OpenLiteSpeed web server with SSD storage. This combination delivers exceptional speed, reliability and security for all our clients.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on Starter and Business hosting plans, and 99.99% on our Premium plan. In the unlikely event of downtime, we proactively notify you and resolve it immediately.

Yes. We can manage domain transfers for all major TLDs. The process typically takes 5–7 days. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.

Yes. Business email setup (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) is available for ₹499 as a one-time setup. Hosting plans also include email accounts.

Yes. All plans include technical support. Business and Premium plan clients get priority support with faster response times. We're reachable via email, WhatsApp and phone.

Maintenance includes security monitoring, plugin/CMS updates, performance optimisation, malware scanning, backup management and monthly reports. Add our Maintenance plan from ₹299/month.

Yes. WhatsApp support is available for all active clients. Details will be shared after project kickoff.
